Fall '16 Meeting #5

Halfway through the quarter!

Rolled into the meeting with my waifu today ;)

This meeting, George brought over an RE/100 Gundam MKIII. He ordered it last week as an attempt to start a new trend to build a model kit every weekend meeting.

And so it begins; the second build of this quarter:

Progress was pretty fast. Khan and I did most of the cutting and prep work at first. George and Dustin did most of the assembly.

Dustin and Khan left halfway, cause you know, people are too busy to spend time with us...

Ruby and Jeffery showed up during the meeting as well. Jeffery got a hold of some kits he's been wanting to work on from home. Ruby had to rush and color her Pokemon game design for some untold sub-club... so Ruby didn't work on the group kit.

With Jeffery's help we finished up the kit and did a bit of posing to check out the articulation!

I should of wrote something on the board... **smirks; I'm actually in the picture this time!

The meeting went overtime since we took too long to finish the kit.

And finally here's a little look at Jeffery's still brand new Wing Zero Honoo:

Jeffery plans to do a serious painting project on this kit. Looking forward the the progress. He is still deciding on colors and I think he is going with a blue tone with clear yellow/gold.

Meeting was fun as always. Thanks for bringing the RE/100 George!

Next week will probably be the 1/100 NG Gundam Barbatos 6th Form! Although I am not particularly fond of Iron Blooded Orphans, I think that kit could be of some surprise. Come join us for the group build next week!
