First meeting of the new school year! All the regular members showed up today. Bummer that there were no new members :(

The meeting went on just like usual, kits and figures were brought and displayed. We discussed and finished a plan for the advertisement sign that is soon to be completed.

So Ruby showed up during the middle of the meeting and brought her Fate/Grand Order.... art book?

This page shows some variant Saber; it must be, although I've never played Grand Order, I've seen the Fate franchise animu...

I didn't really get a chance to look through it but it seems to be a full color book with all the Fate/Grand Order character's design and descriptions. All in Japanese of course; I couldn't read it...

It had two parts to it can each book had some snazzy metallic blue sleeve too!

MG 00 holding up HG Leopard DaVinci

George brought a good sized display today. I had fun trying to balance this HG Gundam Leopard DaVinci on the hands of an MG 00 Gundam! The 00 Gundam is one of the most stable MG's in my opinion.

And of course it wouldn't be a meeting without the MG Unicorn Gundam! The Banshee Norn (black one) is actually a figure though, from the Gundam Fixed Figuration Line.

The P-Bandai Gundam Exia Repair 2!

HG Airmaster

The HG Airmaster! Another model George brought from his own collection! Has a pretty cool transformation gimmick. Has a lot of Transformer's Starscream vibes! Also learned that the V-fin on Airmaster is the same V-fin on the Gundam Build MK-2 form Gundam Build Fighters!

MG 00 Gundam

RE/100 Efreet

Jayson came by too! He brought his work in progress RE/100 Efreet kit. I love the white and blue color separation on the legs of this kit. Nice cool clear swords too!

HG Victory Assault Buster

Jayson also threw in an HG Victory Gundam for us to see! Cool "little" kit although the scale dimensions I've heard from George are completely wrong for this kit. Still cool though! The gold needs painting...

Finally, we have Khan who brought a generous amount of his "Infinity" (if I recall correctly) table top models. They were very well done and have loads of details.

Very impressive snow effects!

After the meeting, we went to Tasty Kitchen on F street for some "Chinese" food. It was alright... We decided on the plan of the advertisement sign and will attempt to change our meeting times to Friday 4-6pm. We'll see how that goes.

And that conclude's this week's meeting! I hope to meet some new members soon. See you all next week!
